We are following all CDC guidelines and are taking extra precautions to keep you healthy and safe at this year’s M Town Tour. (Learn More)
BMW has always taken your safety seriously, and this year, we will be implementing
additional measures to be mindful of the current situation across the country.
At this year’s M Town Tour, we’re focused on limiting physical interactions between guests, drivers, and staff, and will be sanitizing and disinfecting vehicles and surfaces often.
All staff will be required to wear gloves. We will provide you with your own
disposable gloves and disinfecting wipes.
Alcohol wipes will be available near touchpoints, and frequently visited surfaces will be wiped down often throughout the day. Ample space will be made for everyone to respect social-distancing guidelines.
All tents will be fully equipped with disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer. Additional assets and materials will be wiped down often.
We’re committed to providing a contactless check-in process so you can register
quickly and easily to get behind the wheel of your favorite M vehicles.
When registering for your test-drive, you’ll be asked to provide your driver’s license so we can verify as much information beforehand as possible. When you show up at the check-in desk, you won’t have to get too close to anyone—you’ll simply hold up your license for verification and show the QR code from your confirmation email to be scanned. Then you’ll be asked to secure your wristband yourself.
Hand sanitation and washing stations will be available for use before and after each
test-drive in order to keep you safe. Additionally, we’ll thoroughly wipe down and
disinfect all vehicle interiors and handles between each test-drive. If feasible, we’ll
leave windows down in order to support aeration. Convertible tops will also be put
down, when applicable.
Staff will continue to show you to your vehicle and explain the test-drive route while keeping a safe distance. Upon your return, additional signage will instruct you to take the vehicle to a “wash line” so it can be properly disinfected before the next test-drive.
We’re determined to offer you the same quality experience you’ve come to expect while providing you with the necessary safety resources you deserve. If you have further questions or concerns regarding our safety protocols, please contact us at (844) 793-3898.
